But underneath, systems are tightening. Relationships deepen. You learn which decisions repeat and which ones were noise. That slope — barely visible week to week — is where compounding lives.
I try to write when I notice one of those small shifts. Not to perform insight, but to mark the moment before it disappears into the next sprint.
